With their home and property in the firing-line of a new highway route, they are seemingly in limbo as the action to take their land (under the Public Works Act) is not quite ready to start. They know that their property will be taken eventually, and a deal will be done, but the negotiations have yet to start. Too bad (it seems) if they want to just move on now - to do so presents all sorts of hurdles and provision of personal information.
