I've had this little guy a few times lately when signing datasets: It requires you to reinstall Digisign 3. Start by uninstalling it (search for Digisign in 'Add/Remove programs' in Windows). Note that the previous version of Digisign (I think it's called "LINZ Digisign" or "Landonline Digisign") may still be present. This is redundant and can be uninstalled. Reinstall Digisign 3.1 from here.Restart Landonline and you should be away.

I've had this little guy a few times lately when signing datasets: Hopefully Landonline Version 2 will have better (read intelligent and decipherable) Error Message reporting. ie: In this case, why can't the message include: "Uninstall and Reinstall Digisign"....

As ever, it's important to remember that new Landonline is interacting with the same database as Legacy Landonline for the time being, so error messages are largely the same, until Legacy is switched off, at which time.... Fingers crossed.

We had the same error message number as identified above but with no reference to a parcel and nothing in the spatial view. It did mention a zero distance. It turned out that more than one mark had mistakenly been linked to an existing landonline node in 12d. Basically nothing worked in Landonline until the job was re-imported without the erronous mark linking.

This message has been common recently when signing datasets prior to submission. It is not included in the handy LINZ "error messages" summary ( Landonline error messages ) so is a bit concerning initially. The fix is simple though: 1. Exit Landonline (legacy) 2. Run the Digisign Repair tool link [you may have to run the application in Administrator mode - simply right-click the executable to do this and select "Run as Administrator"] 3. Go back into Landonline Legacy and open the dataset and sign away.... An extra TIP is to save the Digisign.exe tool to your home page - that way you can easily find it and run it..... And note that this issue will disappear once Legacy Landonline ends.
