It has come to our attention that some cadastral surveyors are offering building location certificate services in the Christchurch area relying on SO redefinitions of earthquake affected parcels.
Where cadastral surveyors are providing building location certificates in terms of the Building Act 2004, we advise they should make themselves aware of section 10 of that Act.
