A sign of the times. LINZ are proposing changes to the cost and type of printing for topographical maps.
This is your opportunity to contribute to the discussion - and influence the result. LINZ seeks feedback on changes to maps
- Is the production and printing of paper copies of maps a matter of "public good" for a first world country?
- Should the cost of paper maps be subsidised by government?
- Should it be a user pays arrangement? (eg: CC05 Conical Head (Fiordland) = 5 sales = ~$20k each per sheet?)
