Are you finding saving plans and titles from Landonline unbearably slow? While logged into Landonline, try right-clicking on the blue UniPrint icon in your system tray (if you don't know what this is, click here), and choose Options. Make sure that Enable Document Preview is checked and set the button below this to Preview with the default application I open PDF files with. Now if you print a title/plan etc it should open in your default PDF reader, from where you can save a copy to your computer. Simples!

If you see a "singularity flag" within Pre-Validation adjustment report - specifically, for example:
12 parameters fixed automatically to avoid singularity Notes : Not enough information to calculate node UNMK 2 DP 539030 (Ref Id: 36) (8000034)
Node automatically rejected from the adjustment
etc
This is initially perplexing, but has a simple fix...
It is triggered by dis-joined parcels - particularly on non-primary definitions (easements or covenants) where you may have two non-primary parcels straddling a legal road.
The fix: Simply add a vector between two convenient existing nodes and this can be "excluded" or hidden on the 'parcels without survey information'.

A little glitch that most Surveyors may not have to worry about.... But is something to be aware of if you are changing Firms and are carrying across incomplete datasets from Firm1 to Firm2:-
There is a set processes to change contact details, passwords, user details and firm details with Landonline. Most require form filling and authorisation from the "Trusted Contact" or "Account Holder". Most of these processes - if followed correctly - will ensure that your details are transferred correctly - specifically your Firm name and Firm account code.
BUT:- Be aware that for datasets that you are carrying across - and so have initiated when you are linked to "Firm1" - may not be automatically update all of your "Firm2" details within all of the parts of Landonline.
The survey information tab and any survey dataset generated after your Firm2 sign-in should identify your "Firm2" name etc after changes. But if the TA Certification tab was populated (even if it was just selecting the TA Name) when you initiated the survey in Landonline under "Firm1", then that will always carry through your "Firm1" name in any subsequent e-certifications that are generated by TLA's. Although not critical, you may not want any reference to your Firm1 in supporting documents for a survey dataset approved under your Firm2.
The fix is to DELETE the TA Name (and any certification templates) in the TA Certification tab {CSL-S06 - Survey Lodgement - [CSL_S02 - Manage Survey Transaction] screen (in Legacy Landonline)} and then repopulate that TA Name in the TA Certification tab before requesting any TA certifications.
[Of course if your transferred but incomplete dataset already has some TA certifications approved, then you cannot amend the firm name. If there are additional packages that do require approval, then a second TA Name can be added.]
