If you want to include images in your post you cannot use the 'Quick Reply' button. When you start a new post or thread, you will see two tabs at the bottom, one labelled Preview, the other BBCode. Preview allows you to edit your post with it looking more or less how it will when it's done. BBCode allows more subtle editing, but can be a bit daunting at first.
There are two way to post images and photos on this board, one of which is easy but a bit limited, the other which is harder but gives a better result.
The first way is to upload the images from your PC as an attachment, using the Add Attachment button at the top of the window:
Once you have navigated to the image you want, and selected, it will upload. You will then have the option to insert the image, which will insert wherever you cursor was when you clicked Add Attachments. If you are using the BBCode editor you will see the image code eg [attachmentid="1" thumbnail="1"], which you can move around to fit with your text. You can add a maximum of three attachments to any post. As you can see from the example above, only a thumbnail of the image will appear in line with the text - when anyone viewing the thread clicks on the thumbnail it will open out to full screen. You will also find that there is limited space allowed for attachments, and if you are a prolific attacher like me, you will eventually run out of space attaching images this way.
