What's this? A report about a boundary dispute that involves a right of way and no mention of a Surveyor? But plenty of references to Lawyers, the Disputes Tribunal and Council.
I would have thought that a properly explained definition of rights and responsibilities with respect to the driveway (and presumably a right-of-way) by the signing Surveyor - or indeed any Surveyor after review of the public record - would have clarified this wee issue.
But don't let a celebrity or even the facts get in the way of a story.....

...a slip of the keyboard... now corrected. (Although I think I do recall that this ex AB/Warrior did have some involvement in central government politics at some stage - maybe he hosted a BBQ or something??)
