Neighbour 'at War' with Community Magistrate has Conviction QuashedStuff - National: 17-Dec-2022A man found guilty of putting his spade through a privacy screen belonging to his neighbour, a community magistrate, has had his conviction quashed. David Wei Wang and Community Magistrate Terence Bourke share a boundary and have been embroiled in a long-running dispute, described by two judges as “neighbours at war”. For three years, the Bourkes and Wangs have been calling the police on each other. Wang has accused Bourke of making racist remarks, while the Bourkes have complained Wang acts aggressively.
